By using this website or member platform, you agree to these terms.
Accounts and security
Provide accurate information, protect your credentials and promptly report suspected unauthorized access.
Membership
Creating an account does not make a person a member. Membership begins only after the required application, review and payment processes are completed.
Payments
Payments may be processed externally. Refunds, corrections and reconciliation depend on verified transaction records and applicable SPAG policy.
Events and resources
Registration may be subject to eligibility, capacity, deadlines or fees. Educational content does not replace institutional policy, clinical judgment, manufacturer instructions or applicable standards.
Credentials
SPAG may verify externally issued credentials but does not currently issue professional certification.
Acceptable use
Do not impersonate others, submit false records, probe security controls, interfere with services or misuse restricted content or member data.
Intellectual property
SPAG branding and original content may be used only as expressly permitted and with required attribution.
Availability
SPAG works to provide reliable services but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability.
